August 5, 2016 - Demonstration Sibshop (with Siblings Ages 8-13)

Participants will learn what to do about the concerns often experienced by brothers and sisters such as peer issues, resentment, loss, and concerns about the future; how to increase the unique opportunities experienced by siblings including compassion, advocacy, insight, and tolerance; strategies to decrease siblings’ concerns; how to help agencies provide “sibling-friendly” services; and how to plan and run Sibshops.
